The Birth Of Gemini
A long time ago in a galaxy far far away the citizens of Ogame.Org are in a state of unrest. For a long while the citizens had enjoyed many new universes, each bound by the rules created by the ultimate creator, known as the Legorian. His ever dominating presence always looming.
These rules were created at the beginning of the beginning, before the first solar plant came to be. The Legorian knew that his vision could not come to pass on his own, however mighty he would be unable to maintain order if his visions were to become a reality. After some time he found those he needed and so came to be the "Game Admins", the keepers of the universes that the Legorian would create.
Unto them he handed the rules he had created many moons ago, to enforce them across his creations. The keepers have kept these safe for many a uni, guarding them at all costs.
However recently a small group of rebels have fought against this, claiming the rules are too strict. They wanted a place without the enforcement of limits, free to do as they please, when they please as often as they please.
Frequent battles were fought between the rebels and the Game Operators (those who worked for the Keepers), try as they might to get around the rules the GO's always enforced them, leading to many losses for the rebels. This did nothing to deter them and seemed to only spur them on, battle after battle took place with no success to the small gang of rebels... until now.
Hearing the users cries and growing weary of the constant battles the Keepers decided to give the users what they wanted, as far as they could. With the creation of 'Gemini' they would turn their backs on the rules handed down to them many years ago. From this moment on 'Gemini' would be known as the "Chaos Uni" only those brave or stupid enough would join to stand against a universe that offered no protection.
The citizens wanted a Chaos Uni, now they've got it. Enjoy and good luck, you'll need it....
So, to summarise:
On Universe Gemini (Chaos Universe) only the following Rules are abolished:
4. Bashing
5. Pushing
The 3. Account Sitting Rule is amended with the following changes:
- A GameOperator does NOT need to be informed before the sitting takes place
- An account may only be sat for a maximum period of 14 days
- All fleet movements are allowed during the sitting period
anything not mentioned above will be the same as normal
There will be no support given except for ban cases.
as i said here
The company itself made the decision that there currently was too many "special" servers had been opened lately, and that for the time being all the new unis will be plain normal 1 speed, with ACS.
when this decision was made, after discussing it with the admins it was MY decision to try this, not the company as a whole, not the admins, MINE.
so if you want to flame or blame anyone, which you obviously want to do, then blame me, it was my idea to try it.
looks like maybe it wasnt such a good idea after all, though it seams that most of the complaints are about the removal of the pushing rule, then I will reconsider that one over the weekend after the initial reaction have died down and people have actually had a chance to think things through.

Time passed and the users were in uproar once more, they saw a uni without the help of the Game Operators they hated so much and they grew scared. No longer did they want a Chaos Uni, they saw the blessing of the rules they had tried to break so many times before.
The Game Admins decided to do what the users wanted once more. A galactic poll was held across the universe to find out what the users wanted. The results were close but in the end the users decided they wanted something special after all.
From this day onwards Gemini would be known as the “War Uni” a uni where there were no bashing rules, the users could attack each other as often as they pleased.
Beware the hungry predator in this uni, they’ll be no second chances here...
