why not drive players in several dead uni into one universe?

Reminder: When posting you MUST include
-An outline of your idea drive players in several dead uni into one universe?

-What exactly it will do in the game/board (its purpose) to get more active player in one universe so we can get war, and it is dull to have only hundreds turtle with u

-Why you think it is needed to many dead universe, there are not too many players, this makes people who want to play quite for they have nobody to fight with
