WhiteTiger89[CTNA] vs. KoochPoocher[U.C.C.]

Spotted this fleet earlier this morning and was blown away that there were no defenses on the planet to protect it and the resources on the planet. Never before had I seen so many Large Cargos just floating around like that, so I knew I had to strike fast and strike hard. :sniper:
I sent a few extra probes out as the countdown neared completion because I was so nervous that KoochPoocher had fleetsaved. I'd never launched at attack with these kinds of potential profits at stake before. I actually did a double take when I saw the CR and was in such a state of disbelief that I had to double check with my alliance to make sure this truly was a HoF. :P

Maybe just me, but you needed to strike hard and fast, yet sent: Battleships, Bombers, Battlecruisers on a defenseless planet?
Wouldn't have there been a cheaper and faster fleet composition?
In either case enjoy the profit.

EDIT: Guren, I am a paranoid fleeter.
Better to send overkill just in case and not worry,
than have the defender add a couple of cruisers and you
lose your 100lf's and cargos. >.o

Root for your enemies. Make their lives miserable. If they don't come after you, they have larger problems. ;)

Yeah, I would've preferred cruisers for such an easy hit. Nice simple HoF though. Great job WhiteTiger.
