Contest: Game Items Description
Dear players and board addicts:
Last few weeks we have been pointed several times at a few descriptions of items around the game which, due to the games nature, did not seem to look like actual english.
We decided that we'd let the players decide on the descriptions that you'd like to see under:
[list][*][/list]
Registrations on the contest will start now and will last exactly 7 days.
Anyone registering after the 7 days are up will have whatever they submit rejected. You will be able to submit your work two weeks starting the moment registration is closed, results will come from a poll a week after the time period to submit the entries is over and they will be uploaded hopefully right after.
It is a MUST that everyone who will run for the contest submits ALL the descriptions for ALL the units listed above. (i.e.: You can't send only the descriptions for the buildings)
Prizes are still being discussed but you can expect whoever gets their descriptions online to get some free commander.
To register send me a personal message with the subject Contest Registration.
Descriptions should, in general, keep the same or a simmilar meaning than those current.
Warning: Sending joke submits, insult submits, flame submits, etc. will grant you an ogame-wide ban.

The internal poll again resulted in a close win: Game Items Description
We decided we'll call it a tie between the fourth and fifth entry, we'll see they both get the prizes that we can grab and we congratulate and thank them.
The implemented pack will be arranged between both artists for the best.
Congratulations for Pit Viper and FusionHalo.
